4. Payment & Refunds

• All payments must be made in full before work begins on the website.
• The Company does not offer refunds once work on the website has started.
• If the Customer cancels the project before work begins, a refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion.

5. Content Restrictions

Customers are strictly prohibited from requesting, uploading, or hosting any of the following content on their website:

• Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory content
• Illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or piracy
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization

7. Hosting & Maintenance

• The Company may offer optional hosting and maintenance services for an additional fee.
• If the Customer opts for external hosting, the Company is not responsible for any downtime or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining their website security and backups if no maintenance plan is purchased.

8. Termination & Suspension

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any website under the following conditions:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Failure to comply with payment obligations
• Hosting of prohibited content
• Any actions that may harm the Company’s reputation or infrastructure
